• Founding, building and selling two boutique search firms.
• Human Capital Management and Talent Acquisition consulting with Fortune 500 companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, CSC, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, etc..
• Building, developing and leading teams of over 130.
• Former Infantry Officer in the United State Army
