Kevin began his career serving his country as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. Upon leaving the armed forces in 1999, he realized he could apply many of the same techniques he used leading some of our country’s best through austere situations to the corporate world. That led him to the executive search business, where he quickly made a name for himself as an accomplished search professional and manager in a Fortune 1000 boutique firm.
In 2001, after rapidly advancing within this search firm, he struck out on his own. Since that time, he has partnered with hundreds of companies and thousands of job seekers always working diligently to find that “perfect” fit. As job seekers began sharing their frustrations and looked to Kevin for advice, he developed a series of webinars including( Avoiding the 10 Biggest Job search Mistakes, Fixing the Bad Resume You Don’t Know You Have, Changing Careers in Mid-Stream and The 5 Things You Must Know Before Starting Your Job Search) aimed at providing information they were not finding elsewhere.
From there, Kevin developed a suite of coaching programs and informational products tailored to professionals looking to make a job – or career – change. Today, over 21,000 professionals subscribe to his e-zine, “Build the Career You Deserve” and, through Kevin’s highly personal mastermind program, coaching solutions and Job Search 2.0 Bootcamp, professionals in this difficult job market are achieving their goals, objectives and dreams.
